Prices are subject to change to the prices in effect at the time of delivery. DollHouse reserves the right to make any corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission. You will be charged every thirty (30) days from the day you subscribe. Cancellations are not permitted until the end of the initial 3-month commitment period. A minimum of three (3) pairs of Pre-Made Lash Extensions shall be included per monthly subscription order. You agree that we may submit monthly charges, every thirty (30) days after the subscription date, to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. Each Lash Extension Refill Subscription grants eligibility to earn reward points. Starting upon the third month of the initial 3-month subscription period, you will receive a free bond and sealant for life, sent at 90-day intervals, for as long as your subscription remains valid. DollHouse reserves the right to cancel this special bond and sealant offer at any time for any reason. Discount codes, store credit, and other promotions CANNOT be combined with Lash Extension Refill Subscriptions. Free shipping shall be provided for U.S. domestic orders over $100.00 USD, net of taxes and/or processing fees. If a customer would like to change the lash style in their subscription, notification must be given sixty (60) days prior to the cycle payment date. All subscription orders are final sale. Cancellation must be done before the monthly payment date is due. The items purchased on a Subscription Program basis are excluded from our thirty (30) day refund policy. Once the order has been processed, subscription items cannot be: (i) canceled, (ii) exchanged, (iii) refunded, or (vi) returned. We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time for any legally permissible purpose. State taxes shall apply for all Subscription purchases and orders. Discount codes and promotions are NOT applicable to any membership orders. Lash Extension Refill Subscription shipments are subject to varying processing times. All subscription changes, including: (i) shipping address, (ii) email, and (iii) payment method must be done through Skio or by contacting customer service at least seven (7) days prior to your membership billing date. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to these Terms.
